Return, Exchange & Refund

At Aavriti Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with love. We take great care in creating and packaging your jewelry, and we hope you cherish the uniqueness of handmade creations.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Each piece is handcrafted individually. Slight variations in bead placement, wire wrapping, shape, texture, and natural stone appearance are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These variations are not considered defects. Similar language is used by handmade jewelry brands to explain that minor differences are expected in handcrafted items.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product. 
  • You received the wrong item. 
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging. 
  • All tags, cards, and packaging must be intact.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues fairly, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.

Claims regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products cannot be processed without an unboxing video. This approach is commonly used by handmade and jewelry brands.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind 
  • Color variations due to screen settings 
  • Handmade variations in shape, bead placement, or wire wrapping 
  • Customized or personalized orders 
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at aavriti.studio@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @aavriti.studio within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
  2. Share: 
    • Order number 
    • Photographs of the product 
    • Unboxing video 
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose either:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or 
  • Store credit valid for 6 months. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Shipping Charges

  • For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be borne by Aavriti Studio. 
  • For any other approved exceptions, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
